Reserve:
There are two main ways businesses generally do work with me.
The first I call reserve and conquer
-
The point of reserve and conquer is for me to gain a plethora of information about you, your business, your target customers, and your industry. With this information I can build a custom marketing plan tailored for you and your business.
-
The reserve is for my time and yours.
-
The first day will require a substancial amount of your time to pinpoint the goals you have for your business and your advertising campaigns.
-
It will also take a reasonable amount of time gathering data and resources to be incorporated into your projects. This includes logos, pictures, videos, and any past documents you already have.
-
I will travel to your location, stay for a reserved amount of time, and be your personal multimedia designer.
The second is general work submission
-
After the initial project has been created my customers can purchase aloted amounts of time from me for any of the services I offer.
-
My clients save money by purchasing pre-paid blocks time. The more time they purchase the more money they save.
Submitted work requirements:
1. Email:
-
My prefered source of submitted work is by email because then it is documented
-
Email should include itemized list of tasks that are to be complete
-
Any accompanying word documents, pictures, or files that go with the tasks
-
Any maximum time limits per task if required
- If I don't believe the task can be done in the block of time specified I will contact you and explain before proceeding
-
Work submissions should be done Mondays or Thursdays before 5:00 PM
-
Work can be submitted any time but will only be expected to be checked and started on these days
-
Submitted work will be completed within one weeks time per 10 hour block
2. In Person:
-
Task Sheet must be filled out with itemized list of tasks that are to be completed
-
Unless a specific time schedule is specified, work submitted in person can be expected to be completed with in 7 days from the nearest submit day (Mondays or Thursdays at 5 pm)
3. Over The Phone
-
Tasks can be submitted to me directly over the phone, but in many cases I am not in a position to properly record tasks into my calender.
-
Often I am with a client or working on a project that requires my full attention. Don't be offended if I refuse to take your order for services when I am working.
